Roller Skate Club isn’t your traditional structured class—it’s something better. It’s a skating session designed for families who want freedom, fun, and community.
Skaters of all levels can roll at their own pace, explore new skills, or join in with coach-led activities. Our experienced coach is there each week to guide beginners, offer tips, and challenge more confident skaters—without the pressure of a formal lesson.
This is your chance to skate together, build confidence, and become part of a supportive skating crew.

Get ready, Sunbury — we’re rolling into town with a fun-filled Roller Skating Class for kids!
Whether you’re lacing up skates for the first time or want to sharpen your skills, this class is for you. With two experienced coaches on site, we’ll split participants into smaller groups based on ability, ensuring everyone gets the right level of guidance and support.
If you are a beginner, this is what you’ll learn:

🛼 Stopping confidently
🛼 Turning
If you are a seasoned skater, we’ll take you further, like:

What started as a simple skate in the park during COVID lockdown has grown into something truly special — thanks to our amazing community.
Over the past five years, we’ve gathered 94 pairs of skates, built a team of 10 passionate skaters, and shared the joy of skating across 9 regular locations. None of this would have been possible without your support. 💜

Ballarat Roller Disco (cancelled)
After much thought and with a very heavy heart, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel next week’s Ballarat Roller Disco.
This wasn’t easy—if you know me, you know I almost never cancel anything I’ve planned. I absolutely love skating, creating joyful events, and bringing our skate community together. But the truth is, I’ve been overworking myself this past month, and the physical and mental exhaustion has caught up with me.
As much as it pains me to press pause, I need to scale things back to protect my wellbeing—and because of the travel distance, Ballarat is the one event I’ve had to let go for now.
I want to thank you sincerely for your support. Whether you’ve been to our past events or were gearing up for your first disco with us, it means the world to have your enthusiasm and presence.
This isn’t goodbye forever. It’s just a pause—and we absolutely hope to return to Ballarat in the future, when the time is right.
