BYO roller skates and inline blades welcome.

Pop-up Roller Skating at Yarraville Festival
Pop-Up Roller Skating for Kids — Yarraville Festival 🛼
We’re bringing roller skating to the streets of Yarraville!
Our temporary fenced rink will be set up right in the festival, so kids can step straight in and have a go. No bookings needed — just turn up, grab a helmet, and roll. Our friendly coaches will be inside the rink helping beginners learn to balance, move and stop, so even first-timers are very welcome.
Throughout the day there’ll be music playing, fun skating games, and special performances from our talented coaches and students.
How it works
30-minute supervised skate sessions
All skill levels welcome (most festival skaters are beginners!)

$12 per child (includes roller skate and protective gear hire)
$5 entry if bringing your own roller skates

Socks must be worn inside the skates
