We want you to love your new skates and gear! Every product we send out is carefully packed and checked for quality — but if something isn’t quite right due to a fault or defect, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns for Faulty or Defective Items
We accept returns only for items that are faulty or defective. If you believe your product is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a few clear photos and a short description of the issue to help us assess the next steps.
🚫 Change of Size or Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Choosing the wrong size 
- Change of mind - Please choose carefully and check our size guides before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help before you make a purchase. 
Orders Created by Mistake
Orders can be cancelled if the product has not yet shipped. A refund will be issued minus the payment processing fee, which ranges between 4.7% – 6.7% depending on the card used for purchase.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging 
- All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included 
- If we confirm that the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. 
We recommend using a tracked service when posting returns, as we can’t be responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
